Our Staff
OUR STAFF
Bright Learning Academy hires highly qualified, warm, and nurturing staff who take a sincere interest in child development and apply their knowledge in the classroom. Our teachers and staff value working as a team with parents and colleagues.
All teachers are CPR & First Aid certified. In addition, in compliance with GA state regulation, all our teachers and staff receive professional training annually. They study various concepts: child growth and development, positive guidance and discipline, health and safety procedures, early childhood teaching methods, and child abuse prevention and recognition.
Ms. Jialing
Jialing is the cofounder and director of Bright Learning Academy. Jialing holds a Master of Education degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Georgia. She also has experience in both overseas and American education systems. She has been proud to have worked in the early childhood field for more than 14 years!
Ms. Shenique
Shenique is our Preschool/PreK teacher. She is originally from New York, but Georgia has been her home since 2002. She is a graduate of Georgia State University, where she earned her Bachelor‘s in Social Work.In addition, Ms Shenique has been working with children ever since 2015 and truly enjoys it! It brings her such joy to be able to not only teach them, but help mold them into fine individuals.
Ms. Jenny
Jenny is our Two Year Olds teacher. She has a degree in Early Childhood Education from Georgia State University and has been managing a school back in Taiwan for over 14 years. She is ready to provide her service and expertise at Bright Learning Academy.
Ms. Chelsea
Chelsea is our Two Year olds teacher. She has a great passion for working with children and is in the progress of completing her associate's degree in Early Childhood Education at Georgia State University. She also has two wonderful daughters of her own!
Ms. Natasha
Natasha is our Preschool/PreK teacher. She is originally from Florida, and Georgia has been her home ever since 2019. She has had more than four years of experience educating young children. Currently, she is pursuing her CDA to further her education and plan to complete it in the near future. She is excited to see what the future holds during her time at BLA!
Ms. Hannah
Hannah is our Preschool teacher. She graduated from Mississippi State University with a bachelors degree in Early Child Development and a certification in Child Advocacy. Originally from Mississippi, she has made Georgia her second home! Ms. Hannah has been working with children from ages 0-5 ever since 2016. She considers the well being of the whole child to be her lifelong passion and greatest responsibility.
Ms. Sarah
Sarah is the cofounder of Bright Learning Academy. She attended Georgia State University and earned her bachelor's degree in art. She loves kids and it fills her heart with joy to watch them grow! She has 3 children and enjoys cooking, traveling and watching movies with her family.
Mr. Travis
Travis is our facility manager. He enjoys being with the children, and understands the importance to make sure BLA is a safe and healthy environment for children to learn and grow in. He has two wonderful children and spends quality time with them after work.
