Our Staff


Bright Learning Academy hires highly qualified, warm, and nurturing staff who take a sincere interest in child development and apply their knowledge in the classroom. Our teachers and staff value working as a team with parents and colleagues.

All teachers are CPR & First Aid certified. In addition, in compliance with GA state regulation, all our teachers and staff receive professional training annually. They study various concepts: child growth and development, positive guidance and discipline, health and safety procedures, early childhood teaching methods, and child abuse prevention and recognition.

Ms. Jialing

Jialing is the cofounder and director of Bright Learning Academy. Jialing holds a Master of Education degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Georgia. She also has experience in both overseas and American education systems. She has been proud to have worked in the early childhood field for more than 13 years!

Ms. Courtney

Courtney is originally from North Carolina, but has lived in Florida for the last 7 years. She attended college at Florida A&M University and earned her Masters in School Social Work from the University of Southern California. She has had extensive experience working with children preschool through high school!

Ms. Shenique

Shenique is originally from New York, but Georgia has been her home since 2002. She is a graduate of Georgia State University, where she earned her Bachelor‘s in Social Work. In addition, she has been working with children for about 5 years and truly enjoys it! It brings her such joy to be able to not only teach them, but help mold them into fine individuals.

Ms. Sarah

Sarah is the cofounder of Bright Learning Academy. She attended Georgia State University and earned her bachelors degree in art. She loves kids and it fills her heart with joy to watch them grow! She has 2 daughters and enjoys cooking, traveling and watching movies with her family.
